I am of the opinion that EVs should be required to provide the following chart to potential buyers.

Hours to charge:
1) from 0 to 100% on a 120v 15 amp household circuit.
2) from 50% to 100% on a 120v 15 amp household circuit.
3) from 0 to 100% on a 220v 30 amp “dryer” outlet
4) from 50% to 100% on a 220v 30 amp “dryer” outlet

Inform the buyer.

I can guarantee you that they are told this when they buy. One reason being they want to also sell them the higher rate charger for their EV.

If they bought from an individual...who knows?
