You satisfied with current system of limiting medical schools and hospitals, and restricting the services nurse practitioners can perform? What do you think of Americans who go to Mexico or Caribbean for medical treatment at much lower cost? Can you be unbiased as a veteran of the insurance system that sustains current price structures and levels?
Far more satisfied that I’m not going to Mexico to have a major surgery, I’ll tell you that.
You want to change the system, only option is to abolish Medicare, and that isn’t going to happen… the very article that initiated this thread shows the reality of even attempting to do that.
As long as Medicare is the driver of the system it cannot and will not change.
