I did find that she may have also worked for the EPA starting around ‘92 or ‘93. But one reference to that had her listed as “Cathy Chung”. Perhaps it’s just a mispelling, or perhaps it’s a different person altogether. Can’t figure out what college she went to either, which is quite odd for a Senate/WH staffer, since universities are always proud to boast when their alumni get such gigs. Or maybe she’s a Chinese national and went to school over there.
The only other time I’ve seen something scrubbed from Wayback Machine was a few months ago when it turned out the person who had their history scrubbed was the niece of a board member that manages archive.org. So it’s not unprecedented for this to happen, but she must be “connected” to somebody.
