Will he? I don’t think that’s a foregone conclusion.

If his advisors told him “Joe, you can’t pardon Hunter before the election, it’s bad optics”, I think Joe would just go along with them.

I think one has to be convicted of a crime before you can be pardoned for a crime.

But it’s not as if we have
rule of law
in our nation of aristocracy
these days.
