This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Small arms, ATGMs, MANPADS, loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles, trailers and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it is not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

The US has thousands upon thousands of components for GLSDB.
Cheap, powerful and accurate.
When they hit the battlefield, RuZZia is screwed.
This is good news.
I hope the process can be accelerated somehow.
The stability of the planet can’t afford Russia winning in Ukraine.
If they did, it would create a precedent - China would be emboldened to invade Taiwan. Russia would be emboldened to expand its territory even further, taking back the Balt states... etc etc... Russia would eliminate Americas business partners one by one. It would be terrible for our economy in the long run.
A few here on FR think it’s about Ukraine only, so “we should not spend money protecting it... But the thing is, in the long run, Americas economy depends indeed on its allies. We need to sell out products to someone, thus we need our clients to remain free.
The endgame is in Ukraine.
Map is bit out of date around Luhansk where UA troops are nearly 10K of the city.
Over 17,000 SDB kits have been produced. So, large numbers for UKR are a possibility.
It is advertised that GLSDBs can be launched from a truck. How about a cigar boat?
Or maybe launch one from a USV.
I bet GLSDB can be launched from a boat.
Launching from an unmanned boat may take a bit of work though but I bet Ukraine can figure it out.
HIMARs and GLSDB can also hammer any new RuZZian attack from Belarus.
Ukraine is much better armed than a year ago.
Notice in post 61 that Taganrog is within range.
“Activity has increased at Russia’s Taganrog-Central air base over the past month. This base is one of several used by Russian aircraft operating over Ukraine.
Satellite imagery from today shows several transport planes as well as new paths created for vehicles and equipment.”

Key targets that will be within range of GLSDB.
DZHANKOY Air Base: This air base is one of the main Russian air bases used to attack Ukraine. Su-25s and helicopters operate in southern Ukraine from Dzhankoy. The base also regularly hosts heavy transport aircraft.
SOKOLOHIRNE train station: Areas outside the range of the GMLRS have become “safe zones” for Russian forces. In these areas, they can set up logistical centers in full view and with absolute impunity. Striking these sites would be a big blow to Russia.
BERDYANSK airfield: The same is true for heliports, such as this one, which has recently been set up in Berdyansk. Russia feels safe because of Ukraine’s limited long-range capabilities.
LUHANSK: Luhansk city is beyond the reach of the Ukrainian GMLRS. Several very important targets are located in the area. Soldier housing, command centers, vehicle parks, fuel depots, train stations, and a heliport would be in range with these new systems.

Saab said this back in Oct. So hopefully procurement is well under way.
“Saab expects first contract soon for new GLSDB artillery weapon”
“It is advertised that GLSDBs can be launched from a truck. How about a cigar boat?”
Even ground launched, a wealth of targets come into range - including in Mother Russia. Taganrog Air Base, Yeysk, Kursk, Bryansk, Voronezh, Rostov on Don...
They will probably have more targets than rounds. It seems to me that we are looking at low rate initial production for a few months, rather than some big D-Day push. I hope they surprise me.
A new phase will come, when the new Western capabilities hit the battlefield. I hope they are synchronized for effect, in support of a comprehensive Operation Plan. Hopefully Friday’s Ramstein Conference will resource a strong counter-attack force.
I am guessing that the steady “rope-a-dope” attrition of Russia’s major combat platforms and supplies will continue until the conditions are set to smash the occupation force apart. That is likely when the new Armor will get committed in earnest, unless contingency requires it sooner.
In the mean time, the new mobnik mob will have to be killed in large numbers. Lot’s of Artillery. That’s the biggest killer.
TOW missiles
“Ukrainian military HMMWVs with BGM-71 TOW anti-tank missiles installed near Bakhmut.”

The family resemblance is striking, within the Prigozhin/Hell Spawn clan.
No Luhansk is not beyond the reach
UA forces are past Bilohorivka & within 10km of Luhansk.
Sievierodonetsk, Rubizhna, Kreminna, Svatove and mayne Starobilsk are well within range. Your map is out of date.
This appears to be a longer video of a kamikaze drone strike I posted recently. Reportedly switchblade 300? From takeoff to impact. 3:40 minutes.
My thought is its harder than it looks.
“Full length video showing Ukrainian kamikaze drone take off in Bakhmut, travel it’s long path out of the city to a Russian trench, and strike a Russian soldier in the trench”
https://www.reddit.com/r/ukraine/comments/10fiokc/full_length_video_showing_ukrainian_kamikaze/
Are you referring to Luhansk oblast or Luhansk City?
I think Luhansk City is currently beyond HIMARs range?
Lol is that you cranked, back in at Petersburg again I see
Identifying targets will be a challenge.
GLSDBs can fly much farther than the quad copter drones, both commercial and military.
Some MQ-1C Gray Eagle drones would be great for "real-time" target intel.
Satellite photos will also be used.
However, I believe that Partisans will provide target intel on key structures (dormitories, ammo dumps, HQs, etc.).
Very heavy Ukrainian counterbattery fire today directed at Russian artillery and other missile battery positions south and and south west of Kherson city right across the Dnipro.
