This is worse than anything you’ve seen on hoarders. They even had their limits. This is in my County. I will find out more about it this morning.
That is one of the saddest things I have seen recently.
We had the same thing happen in our county. It was so bad that the cats had become used to the high ammonia concentrations. When the door was opened the cops/animal control had to put on PAPR (scuba) gear to enter. The ammonia level was so high that when the cats escaped they would drop dead from stress of ultra (normal) oxygenation outside. They burned her house, trailer and conex box down after evacuating animals. It was THAT bad.
