The lesson to be learned by the Russian cannon fodder is not to request help when you are expendable. While Russian propaganda is trumpeting the fall of Soledar, the Ukrainian strategy has been to conduct its counter offensive against the more poorly trained Russian troops, not the best. Kremmina is a more important city than Soledar.
