Isn’t this whole mess, potentially, cleared up with the case the NC legislature has right now?

If the NC legislature prevails then every law/rule/procedure with regards to voting, as written about in the Constitution, comes from the legislature and cannot be overturned or modified by any court. No rule changes from a Secretary of State. Nothing.

Then it’s up to your legislature. All of who could have done something about covid-rules voting, but chose not to. And in most cases, like Georgia, codified all those disastrous rules into law, rather than toss them.

I have listened to them a lot of times, and I have never heard them ask for money. I've heard others saying that supporting them financially might be a nice gesture. But there has never been a real push to support them financially.

The Brunson brothers have invested their time & money to do what they could to help, and I resent you or even Barnes insisting that they are nothing but grifters.

There are a lot of people who have made that very same accusation about Trump too. That he is nothing more than a grifter who is lining his own pockets. But we know that is false, and this claim about the Brunson brothers is also false.

It should be obvious to all by now that there will be no justice surrounding the 2020 election. Ask the gulag prisoners about their justice, ask the widower and mother of Ashli Babbit. Ask those who’s homes have been raided in the middle of the night. Silent courts as the bill of rights is destroyed, silent Dems and Republicans too.

These people paid their own money, not seeking monetary damages, but request declaratory judgment. How is that "grifting" or "scamming"? What did they lie about? You are just denigrating them because they lost an improbable lawsuit. They lost at SCOTUS, but everyone understands their point: Congress didn't investigate the massive fraud in the 2020 Big Steal, and now SCOTUS continues to not care either. Do we still live in a nation of laws, not of elitest men and women who are above it?

Loy, Raland, Deron and Gaynor Brunson (the brothers) witnessed the 2020 election along with claims from members of congress that the election was rigged. What got their attention was when the proposition to investigate those claims was presented to Congress and put to a vote. What came as a shock to the four brothers is when they discovered that 387 members of Congress along with VP Mike Pence actually voted against the proposed investigation, thus thwarting the investigation. Whether the election was rigged or not was no longer their main concern. What now became the concern was when those members of Congress violated their sworn oath by voting to thwart the investigation.
