I had CoVID in March 2020 and started the recommended supplements shortly after that. I took them faithfully and was CoVID free for 18 months, but I got it again anyway in January 2022!

I stopped taking them in April because I figured I had immunity, plus some of those capsules were huge and I hated taking them. I just started back up again after this latest “virus, partly because I felt better when I was taking them and hadn’t been sick with anything for almost 2 yrs.

Yeah only problem for me is ibuprofen gives me hives
