It's an even more flattering depiction of Nancy Pelosi.

It was a one-time SNL skit, just so they could claim to be "fair and balanced."

The skit aired in 2008, right after the Banking crisis, so Soros (and Pelosi) being depicted would have been 14 years younger than they are today.
