The object of an invasion, is to win and hold territory. Artillery does not win and hold territory; men/soldiers do.

Despite the Russian military staff telling you directly that their aim is to eliminate the Ukrainian military as a fighting force, you still cling to the last war's insistence on "winning and holding territory".

Ukrainians are not trying to win territory; they're trying to hold their territory and win back what was taken from them.

It's the Russians who are trying to win territory from a distance. It's the Russians who are easy prey to the Ukes.
