If the leftist lunatics can persuade normal people to adopt their language, they neuter them.
This is because their purpose is not to help "transgender" people. Those unfortunates are simply a tool for their ends, like the "feminists" were - until the left cast them aside for a new tool.
The purpose is to fool, persuade, or (if all else fails) coerce normal people into cooperating in what they KNOW is a lie. That makes them liars, knowingly so, and destroys their confidence and sense of honesty. They thus are neutered and made useless in the struggle.
That's the end goal here. Not the vanishingly small number of folks who are really confused about their sex.

Any psychiatrist worth their training will tell you a delusion is a fixed, false belief. Challenge that belief and a deluded person can become violent. Three years ago in my hospital’s ER a young man in his early twenties was bought in.
He had emasculated himself. Why in the world he did that God only knows.
How he made it to the hospital without bleeding to death was a miracle. They stabilized him and then sent him up to the operating room. It took me and one of my guys the better part of an hour to clean up all the blood.
However he mutilated himself for life at 20 something years old.
