My current working theory is that the DNC has hidden money spigots for every "election" cycle.

Their Media just won't pursue the story [follow the money] unless it spews out into the open, like this one did.

The real election betting (not incl Wall St) takes place on the exchange in the UK and at the offshore bookies. That is where the limits are significantly higher.

Last election, the UK exchange did more business on it than any other event in it’s 20yr or so history.
