What happened to the ballots that were rejected? >>> they were hand counted so no fraud. However. Any process that is not auditable is on its face fraudulent. The process is fraudulent on that basis.

Good question.

Not reported. Some jurisdictions hand count them if they might affect the outcome, some make a duplicate and scan the duplicate.

They were put in box number 3,to be later put in plastic bags and be taken to tabulation center for counting.
Problem is some were mixed with tabulated votes and there was no chain of custody,they were supposed to be counted on every move,that was never done,they were moved multiple times and not counted,there was no chain of custody done,that is a violation of their election law,300,000 votes were effected they said
