Heh, we left our home in the San Fran Bay Area five years ago because if the absolutely insane environment. We didn’t head south though; we headed north to sane Idaho. We hedged our bets and kept the California place for the time being, though. But the new reparations crap is likely to be the final straw on this camel’s back.
