Where did you get the Remington deer rifle thing?

Some say it was a XP100 Remington .221 fireball pistol.

I never bought that, to slow to reload. I own one. At the time (and long after) it was the fastest pistol made. It is basically a 600 Remington action in a nylon stock with 10.5” barrel.

Hey, it's just my recollection but it sure looked like an original model 742 with a Williams aperture sight on it to me. Certainly a better weapon for almost anyone to shoot accurately, and with an 18" barrel handy enough to move around with in a storm sewer.

This is one of those rare instances where there's a remote possibility that I might be slightly mistaken though; I have slept a few times since seeing that episode. :)
