As I’ve said in the forum since Covid began, I’ve got family in Shanghai and many friends in Xiamen, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. My personal ties to China go back 16 years now, and I’ve visited there many times during those years.
Although I like Dr Chang’s commentary - he’s often in the Epoch Times - he tends to say what I want to hear a bit more than the truth on the ground.
In China, the armed (and very conscience free) police are called the WuJing. These are the CCPs assassins, and the ones who disappear dissenters and Falun Gong practitioners. These men are never on their home province for work, further reducing the possibility of compassion for their targets. Their cars are easily seen on the highways, as their license plates a white, rather than blue, and the first 2 letters are WJ. People avoid the hell out of these cars, they are always very high end Benz or Audis. They do not obey any traffic laws, and even the local cops are scared to death of them. They are the Agents in the Matrix.
My point is simple, but that history is important. During the Tianenmen Ssuare uprising in 1980, the WuJing were in the tanks, running the students over, and crushing them into paste. After they killed those 10,000+ students, they brought in bulldozers to scrape up the bones. The meat and blood were then hosed into the drains with fire trucks. My ex wife was a fast runner on the outside of that protest on the night they died, she lost several friends on either side of her while fleeing.
The brutality of the WuJing is what keeps the average Chinese citizen from uprising again, but now the protests are growing. My in laws are all unvaccinated , and have remained healthy. They survived the Shanghai lockdowns. They do the very minimum at work to avoid firing, and passively do anything they can to put a wrench into the system. Cameras are EVERYWHERE there, you have no idea.
That utter dystopia is the plan of the WEF and the US Government.
...and they will recover, just like I did. I’m 73.
