I saw that story yesterday.
The military officer makes a point to deliberately pose wearing that Dog mask while also wearing his uniform, one festooned with all sorts of medals and awards.
For him to be so disrespectful and daring, I must presume no one is punished for the crime of “disrespecting the uniform” anymore.
That really lowers the bar of acceptable quality, down to the ground.
