Sick people
The sad thing is that many people acted in perverse ways mainly because they had a need to be transgressive or pushing the boundaries. Once you “normalize” previously transgressive behavior, those needing to be on the edge have to push the boundaries even more to get their psychological fix. Hence fetishes, MAP movement, polyamorous relationships, transgender fads, etc., etc. We need to stop normalizing evil behavior.
