Maybe attempted, but not erased unless he has some kind of authority to destroy backup file, which I doubt. Whatever he may have done won’t stop the info from coming out. Musk will see to it.

Would love to see Musk sue the CR*P out of James Baker. I would think Musk has grounds for a massive lawsuit against former Twitter Execs, as well as those 'injured' by Twitter's LIES (to include TO CONGRESS under Oath), MISREPRESENTATIONS, DECEPTION, OBSTRUCTION, SUPPRESSION, you name it.
A Trump lawsuit against Twitter could be epic, IF a judge would accept it. No wonder Meritless Garbage is trying to lock him up.

Baker erased the FBI info. Nothing is ever truly erased. In most cases data is marked deleted but still exists. If it was really deleted there are very likely offsite backups that still have the data.
