Pfizer must have one hell of a contract that this POS is hiding behind. Could it be the EU unintentionally gave Pfizer an unlimited “Get out of Jail Free Card” when they signed that contract?

Yes, the terms for the vaccines is total immunity for the pharmaceutical companies from any liability.
