His lawyers will submit to the SC but after they ok the released of his personal private Tax records I have no faith, the Supreme Court will bail him out. On the contrary, they will punt! He is screwed! What the demonic rats are doing is like being raped over and over and over again and everywhere you turn for help the doors shut! They are out to destroy him literally and if possibly assassinate him! These are very evil people the swamp is filthy. It’s corrosive it’s nasty it’s evil, and other than that there’s nothing we can do to help him. The fix is in they can easily insert any documents to incriminate him. I told you all from the beginning when he was saying that he was going to release the security videos that there were no videos to be had. Do you really think they went in there and didn’t disarm the cameras? There is no security videos! Trump is quickly running out of options and his only saving grace is the supreme court and I doubt they will rescue him from this coordinated fix to destroy him. I honestly believe Trump will not be the republican nominee for the presidency again.
What are they afraid of? The FBI raids a legally elected President’s home, taking untold amounts of documents and personal property with them without anyone from the President’s staff or legal team being allowed to observe what they are taking, and he’s not allowed to have a court appointed independent individual to peruse all of the stuff those bastards helped themselves to? We already know they took personal items that weren’t specifically listed in the search warrant.

Not every judge can determine what should be secret on every possible such subject. A judge can call in help upon the suggestion or request of an involved party.
I see all the posts about how DeSantis is going to hire great people if he gets elected to the presidency.

The choices pool will be might thin when people realize that working for Ron will get their life and the lives of their family destroyed.

Seditious Conspiracy
Misprision of a Felony
Conspiracy to Commit Election Fraud (GA case)
I predict indictment on one of these, at least,
by February 2023, likely within the next few weeks, once
GA Senate race is over. Claiming candidacy for 2024 will have no essential impact. Too far away.
He has a history of relying on bad legal counsel and but the rigged casino he’s playing in hasn’t give him many choices.
His decision to throw Pence under the bus has sadly haunted him. Legal minds differed sharply on whether any VP could ever reject the votes of the Electoral College.
The president has to appoint literally hundreds of people to many, many positions practically down to the level of 'federal dog catcher'.
Even someone like Trump who knows a lot of people is going to have a hard time filling these positions. It wouldn't take very many deep state stooges inserting deep stater bombs into the appointment process to screw up a lot of the entire thing. Some of these positions have craploads of discretionary authority. With regards to even the judicial branch, how many judges do you know well enough to get an idea of their actual judicial philosophy? I'm not sure exactly how you'd manage to deal with the inevitable enemy action that you'd see on a field of battle that large.
This is especially true when you have to take care of a lot of day-to-day stuff yourself to make sure you don't get screwed over by some of that stuff.I know a lot of folks have criticized Trump for some of his picks. I have done a bit of that myself. I still don't understand why he let his picks in the rather inaccurately named 'department of justice' hang around so long when it was obvious they were working against him. I think overall though, that he did better than he was generally given credit for which is why they were willing to pull out all the stops even to the point of making it obvious that voting in this country is as rigged as it is in any 3rd world craphole. TPTB could not risk him having another 4 consecutive years to consolidate things. Because of their desperation, they had to accelerate some things that had been previously planned for farther out into the future. Their desperation also made their efforts a lot more obvious than they otherwise would have been. Many eyes were at least temporarily opened by this.
I said not to give credit to Mitch McConnell for judges.

At any rate, under our American system of justice, it will be up to a) a jury selected by both his defense and the government prosecution, fully comprised and comprised of his fellow American private citizens, average people; b) the skill of his legal counsel in asserting his innocence in any counts filed against him; c) his honesty and forthrightness.
Ronald Reagan was my hero, but he was never my god (nor did Reagan Republicanism ever morph into a cult movement). I have never made any American political leader into a personal god of some sort, or assumed that he/she is constitutionally incapable of committing wrongdoing or crimes. I knew a remote family member involved in a cult for years and have resolved to stay away from that absolutist, dangerous mentality. That’s just my mileage.
