Voting by mail is the problem. Only overseas and military should be allowed.
Voting by mail isn’t going anywhere. Get used to it.
As we learned in the 2008 election of Hussein, overseas military ballots are classified as Provisional and will never be included in the ballots totals and has been that way for years
In my opinion it is a host of things in combination, with one seriously overriding issue that makes it all possible.
Massive ever increasing voter rolls without very strict rules on keeping them clean and up to date. It could be a felony offense for example, to allow your voter registration to exist in more than one State or death certificates not sent to SOS office for immediate removal from voter rolls.
How about the same penalty for not updating within one week after a move even locally. Massive voter roles of the dead, non voters, the moved on or out of State etc allows tens of thousands of inactive or even active voters to be used in the fraud.
I believe almost if not all of the fifty States suffer from the same bloated unclean voter rolls and in the case of those with almost unlimited and uncontrolled ballot printing or copying opens the fraud flood gates.
Other issues play a role in the fraud such as mail in voting, where the potential exists for uncontrolled ballot creation. Early voting, where in reality you could be voting for a person charged with a felony.
Machine voting. How many ways are there for cheating? The more ways you can eliminate the potential the better control you have.
