I would hope that the Attorney General could go to a Supreme Court Justice in Arizona and get an emergency injunction against the county to prohibit its certifying the election result until some of these more egregious allegations are dealt with.

Unfortunately, there’s no such process for stopping certification. Governor Ducey wants to move on. It is very likely that first thing tomorrow morning the county will certify the election results and then it’ll be all over. There is no recourse to redoing an obviously fraudulent election.

Exactly. Why is that acceptable? Same-old-same-old. The democrats break the rules and get away with it. The system is currently rigged. And nobody has a plan to fight back? Who took oaths to fight EXACTLY this? The State should exclude Maricopa County’s results because they refuse to authenticate their numbers. It’s simple, Force it to the Supreme Court while we still enjoy a 5-4 majority of constitutionists. Why don’t we fight?
