I wonder why they think it’s misleading? I read the text and as long as the video is unedited, it seems to me this would be historical record.

Was CFP banned or suspended? If suspended, for how long.
If the post is still shown (even w/a label) is far better than
being tossed out in the cold permanently. So the question remains could a post still be in the system if an account had been banned?
