This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Small arms, ATGMs, MANPADS, loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles, trailers and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it is not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

"Even of the missile wasn't Russian, it doesn't change much... The responsibility for what happened lies with the Russians. We and our allies condemn Moscow's missile attacks"
Italy alone has a bigger GDP than backward Russia - one of over fifty countries on Ukraine's side in this war. They are sending more weapons, including more HIMARS.
Rumor has it that yesterday's wave of cruise missiles scuttled the peace proposal that would have allowed Russia to keep Crimea in a settlement. Along with the UN voting for reparations from Russia, the price of this disaster for Russia keeps going up.

“Zelensky sits in a bunker and cannot understand why his version about a ‘Russian missile in Poland’ was dismissed even by the worst of Russophobes,” she wrote on social media on Wednesday. The president, she added, should realize that his job is “to do the dirty work and not tell bosses what they should do.”

You two have sad, little war boners. Unless you are profiting from the Forever War you are the useful idiot that the establishment laughs at.
“Russia keeping Crimea and the four Donbass regions, period.
They will NEVER EVER be apart of Ukraine again.”
There are two Oblasts in the Donbas - Luhansk and Donetsk. Zaporizhzhia and Kherson are not Donbas.
As far as ever being part of the Ukraine again, parts of all four of those supposedly annexed Oblasts already are, and more of them are almost every day. Makiivka in Luhansk today. The first of the villages to return to the Ukraine was on the very first day after the supposed annexation.

Institute for the Study of War, on yesterday’s cruise missile strikes:
“Russian forces conducted the largest set of missile strikes against Ukrainian critical infrastructure since the start of the war. Ukrainian Air Force Command spokesperson Yuriy Ignat reported on November 15 that Russian forces launched about 100 Kh-101 and Kh-555 cruise missiles at targets in Ukraine... The Ukrainian General Staff also reported that Russian forces targeted Ukrainian infrastructure with ten drones.”
“The Russian military likely used a substantial portion of its remaining high-precision weapon systems in the coordinated missile strikes on November 15. The Ukrainian General Staff reported that Ukrainian air defenses shot down 73 Russian cruise missiles and all drones on November 15.[4] Ukrainian air defenses had previously shot down 43 cruise missiles out of 84 and 13 drones out of 24 during the October 10 coordinated Russian missile strikes.[5] Ukraine‘s increased shoot-down percentage illustrates the improvement in Ukrainian air defenses in the last month, and the Ukrainian General Staff attributed this improvement to the effectiveness of Western-provided air defense systems. ISW also assesses that Russian forces are greatly depleting their stock of high-precision weapons systems and will likely have to slow the pace of their campaign against critical Ukrainian infrastructure.[6] Russian missile strikes continue to pose a threat to the Ukrainian civilian population with Ukrainian Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko stating that the energy situation is rather “critical” in Ukraine.”
“The Kremlin likely deliberately planned a massive missile strike campaign on Ukraine in anticipation of Zelensky’s speech at the G20 summit given that a multi-direction missile campaign requires significant military preparation.”

Ukrainian forces conducted a pinpoint strike on a Russian troop concentration point in Denezhnykove - the losses are considerable. (This is on the H-21 Highway, between Starobilsk and Luhansk City).
Looks like deep strikes are working over Russian logistics in Luhansk Oblast today.

“Russia Economy Shrinks for Second Quarter With Worst Yet to Come”
“Russia’s economy shrank for a second quarter as the shock of sanctions over the Kremlin’s invasion of Ukraine disrupted trade and upended domestic demand, with the worst of the downturn likely early next year.
Gross domestic product fell an annual 4% in the third quarter, in line with the central bank’s estimate but faring better than every forecast in a Bloomberg survey of analysts. It follows a drop of 4% in the prior three months, in what was Russia’s first GDP contraction in over a year.
In a statement on Wednesday, the statistics service, also known as Rosstat, cited a steep decline in wholesale and retail trade alongside a drop in industries including manufacturing.”
“Britain to significantly ramp up production of artillery shells after handing thousands to Ukraine”
“Britain is to ramp up production of artillery shells in a bid to replenish stockpiles, after donating thousands of munitions to Ukraine.
It comes as Russia seeks to replenish its own reserves, with Western officials estimating Moscow has just a month’s supply left.
The British Government has sent BAE Systems, the UK’s biggest defence company, a letter of intent that orders are on the way. The signal of intent will give it the confidence to build new production lines and start to increase supplies.
The move is prelude to an official order for more rounds from the Ministry of Defence, allowing the company time to prepare.”

••Today was probably the largest attack on Ukrainian energy or electricity distribution infrastructure; the hits were in Kiev around Kiev then pretty much most of the country, at this point, there was definitely heavy damage to the substations or transformers that connect the whole energy generation system into one electricity distribution system. There are reports of at least 100 rockets being fired by the Russian side; they were coming throughout the day in about four waves. The damage is extremely heavy.
It remains to be seen if the system will be able to restart as one system without uncontrollable blackouts throughout the country and things of that nature as a part of this whole attack. There was a report that two Russian rockets hit Polish territory, killing two Polish farmers, hitting somewhere in the Lublin region of Poland.
The crater from the explosion its definitely not a Russian rocket; its not five hundred kilogram of high explosive, its something much smaller, the more likely scenario this is an anti-missile rocket fired by Ukrainian Defense System, and it just didn’t go where its supposed to go - that’s more likely scenario - I’m not saying its for sure, because there is not enough evidence, there is not enough investigation, but based on just this picture.
Its definitely not a typical Russian rocket which has about 500 kilogram of explosives because if it were to hit this farm tractor and trailer would be totally destroyed and the crater would be much larger deeper and larger in diameter. It looks like this is not a Russian strike, however there is Polish government called Russian ambassador.
There is National Defense Council being gathered in Poland, and then there is more on the 16th; there is a native meeting to decide what to do about all of this - in my view World War III is not happening. Nobody wants to escalate, so this is gonna be swept under the rug, and just everybody will just move on.
I forgot to mention another collateral damage of the Russian attack: there is a crude oil pipeline that goes from Russia to Europe, going through Ukraine: it stopped pumping oil & that pipeline goes to it goes to Hungary - we’ll see if it affects supply of crude, gasoline, and diesel fuel situation in Europe, but for now, it stopped one of the major supply routes of Russian crude to Europe that’s still working, but its possible that it might be repaired and everything goes back to normal.
All of the strikes are creating some collateral damage, and this whole situation threatens to get out of control in terms of other countries being involved into the in this war even though technically everybody understands that its a war of past versus Russia, China & Iran - at the same time there is no like direct involvement.
••Russia:
There were a meeting of the Russian equivalent of the US CIA: it wasn’t clear what they were discussing; then the Russian head of the SVR RF, its literal translation is External Intelligence Service. then after that negotiation, the head of it who is a member of Putin’s inner circle, who is involved in whole decision making at the highest level.
He went to Iran, but today he gave some speech where he criticized US, claiming its trying to use Ukraine to destroy Russia. Typical Russian propaganda or Russian point of view on this situation which again tells that yesterday’s a negotiation was a big flop.
••Russia & The grain deal:
It looks like grain deal is almost done, unless something sudden drastic happens, its probably going to be extended, and it expires on November 18th; its pretty much Russia gets what it wants, which means of unblocking Russian fertilizer export around the world. That’s one thing because there was a lot of Russian fertilizers seized in Western Europe in the Netherlands - now its being sold around the world as a part of this deal the West proposes to Russia to restart export of ammonia.
There’s a pipeline that goes through Ukraine to Odessa that carries ammonia, and a new basic ammonia - a key ingredient for nitrogen-based fertilizers, called urea; it looks like there is encouragement and guarantees from the West - almost asking Russia to restart export of ammonia to allow more fertilizers on the market.
In addition, there’s another concession: the Russian Agricultural Bank will be allowed to use Swift in a very limited way; it will help the bank corresponded on the US side with the payments going through the bank. It’s very super limited, but it will be able to carry out payments for the all of the export operations. Russia will be able to renew its grain exports, so we probably will see some reprieve on the global food and agricultural markets as a result of all this situation.
••Russian Economy:
I’m not talking about commodity exports, because Russia is a big exporter of crude oil, coal, natural gas - even though natural gas is going to be on the law blocked, and then agriculture come what it is and fertilizers which is derivative of natural gas but beyond this traditional export categories Russian economy internally is doing pretty terribly.
This is reflects the numbers for the rental prices in Moscow for one bedroom. The numbers came for October & shows prices fell 18.2%; that’s a huge number for rental, usually rentals are the most stickiest prices. They almost never go down.
This is tells the labor market is in terrible condition in Moscow and Moscow is like economic hard brain and everything in one package of Russia, where most of the finances of the country are accumulated, and most of the headquarters - everything is like super concentrated business-wise in Moscow, if it falls in Moscow, its its really a bad sign.
However, there is interesting another interesting detail in St Petersburg, which is like a second capital of Russia, but its definitely no match, not even close to Moscow - prices fell by 11.9% roughly 12% a third less than in Moscow, but the whole magnitude of all of these drops is extremely significant, and tells about the pain inside the for Russian consumer, and in the Russian labor market.
••China:
Retail sales in October year-on-year fell by 0.5%: this is also extremely unusual number for China, because its usually grows, grows and grows, grows, and nothing but grows; there is slow motion internal implosion happening in the Chinese economy that’s in terrible shape.
As I discussed before there is a part that’s export oriented, that’s suffering, and then there is part that’s more internal consumer, that’s financed by borrowing and against real estate - living off real estate bubble - that is broken, its actually started to fall; the situation in the Chinese economy is pretty bad, and the rest of the world has no realization of how bad their economy is.
••Military Situation:
••The Very North:
The situation along the state border was a little bit more heated, because Ukrainian side was trying to do retaliation attacks against the Russian infrastructure near the border, it was a little bit on a higher end, but still fairly quiet.
••North Luhansk’:
Things here are almost unchanged: attacks here and here - first attacks by Ukrainian side and counter attacks by the Russian side - the end result: no changes; then futile attempts by Ukrainian troops to get the river and cut Russian defensive position into two halves which doesn’t go anywhere.
••North Donbas:
Overall the activity is definitely much much lower than it usually is - there are three major points of attack, but this whole southern sector is relatively quiet.
••Central Donbas:
Things here are a little bit more active: as you can see Russian Command is feeling that opportunity to outflank Avdivka because its coming becoming more and more realistic & trying to actively develop a salient in this northwestern direction.
There’s actually a very interesting situation developing on the Russian side around Pavlika where there were very high losses at the initial stage by the Russian Brigade, specifically 155th Naval Infantry and the 40th Naval Infantry Brigade. The main striking force was 155th and the 40th was covering the flank. There were heavy losses so Russian Command and Russian Top decided to find scapegoat for this phyric victory or a failure.
They got something that’s worth nothing or negative value, because now Russian troops are under constant artillery fire in Pavlika, which probably leads to additional heavy losses. The point is that the commander of the 40th Naval Infantry Brigade is gonna be jailed for the failure of this attack, and the whole blame was put on him, and was he made the scapegoat as he was not moving fast enough, not supporting 155th Brigade.
Its another sign of the problem and desperation on the Russian side when they blame middle level Commander who was simply executing what he was told. But because the mistake was done by at the highest level of the Russian command that decided to capture something that has negative value, but instead, the blame is being deflected to someone at the middle level.
••Zaporizhya:
Things here are almost quiet, except the there was Russian attack - this is second time that’s been happening here in over the course of the month; its unclear if this is going to be a area where the Russian troops are going to be seeking success by trying to attack north & force Ukrainian troops out of this whole area where Russian troops are not successful.
Then can always so this is like one big defense region; this whole area its like one interconnected system and the problem for the Russian side that they Vugledar is super hard to take because its on higher ground, then Russian troops are not successful again, so they trying to do something in this village to destroy this a southern flank of Ukrainian troops, but so far its a bridge is too far
••Kherson Frontline:
Everything quiet on this former front. No essential news - there are some reports that some of the units are being redeployed, but things will get harder on this main remaining front line, I will be providing those update.
