Counselors are being taught not to be objective and neutral with their clients, but rather to view the emotionally vulnerable people who come to see them as opportunities to imprint and spread "Social Justice" ideology. I have a friend who is extremely intelligent but not too tightly wrapped. She was always very close to her father...until she went to counseling. Now she’s convinced that he is the source of all of her mental issues, and that her relationship with him was destructive. She rambles about “emotional incest “ and they are completely estranged. She is completely broken, and has no concept of the harm inflicted by this ‘counselor’, whom I believe is irretrievably evil, and who has destroyed her life.
Yes, and it's been that way for as long as it's been in existence.
