Non-compliance with what you mentioned is one thing.
She’s absolutely within her rights to choose not to take something that is not at all associated with her kidney transplant.
They are only trying to coerce her into getting vaxxed and for no good reason. The vax does not prevent her from catching Covid nor transmitting it. The claims that it will keep her from getting as sick as if she were unvaxxed are suspect, to say the least.

While taking vitals, the nurse said the doctor would be giving me a shingles vaccine on this visit. I said no, she would not.
When the doc came in she was glowering! I let her know as gently as possible that I HAVE NEVER HAD CHICKEN POX (they never even asked).
The docs have become vax and pill dispensers, and not a lot else.
