The organ may be full of spike, which is why the recipient is the one who needs to be concerned. The same thing is true today with off-the-shelf blood transfusions.
There is zero evidence of transfusion transmitting “spike” of any sort. Do you have (non substack blog) evidence that it does? Not conjecture but evidence?
