I would like to know to whom the teacher was talking. If it was someone he knew and trusted, I could see how he would open up. If it was someone he didn’t know, he was stupid.
I don’t think this incident qualifies as pedophilia. I don’t think it was a fantasy. It could very well be that the girls were teasing him when they noticed that he was looking. Looking is not a crime. There is no evidence that he went over the line.

Spending that much time with a stranger, about your, shall we say, parasexual encounters, and the questioner keeps on probing for more graphic description...he might have thought he was having a mutual, consensual spell of "aural" sex going on, right there in cafeteria.
I got the impression he was playing footsies with this unseen person who may have struck him as inordinately focused on the subject at hand.
Who did the questioner say she was? How did they get to this moment from the howdy-do?
Not defending him, but if I were a prosecutor I'd say, if this is all you've got, you're asking for civil action.
