I do not understand how after 6 years some freepers still do not understand Trump. Right now and with considerqble joy, I can go to DU, Huff Post or any left-wing site and watch their heads explode about the Trump vs DeSantis ploy. But I am troubled to read the Karen-like reactions here at FR.
What’s bothering a lot of people is Trump’s antics not being helpful at a time when winning an election like this is absolutely crucial. The country is a train wreck and we desperately need to focus on defeating the people who inflicted this mess on us.
In other words, Trump’s attacks at this time are bad form and even worse timing. After all, he has the next two years to unleash all the salvos and he wants to against his party opponents.
Was it too much to expect him to give it a rest for just a couple of days leading up to this election? Some things are more important than Trump’s ego.
Actually, Trump is inadvertently making DeSantis look like the adult in the room.
