I copy the link into Notepad first which removes all formatting and links. I then copy it from Notepad into the Posting window.

Depending on what I'm typing, I often write it all out in Notepad before copying it over.

Copy the text into Windows Notepad, then add the various HTML tags there (paragraph tag, bold, italic, underline font effects, URL links, etc)

then just recopy the result back into the from Notepad into the FR "Your Rely" window and press on the "Preview" radio button underneat to see what happens if you post it.
