Since when can testimony be forced at the point of jail? Imagine all the blacks jailed from Chicago who witnessed a crime but won’t even open the door when the police knock.
The perfect way to fix this is get a contempt order and imprison them all until someone squeals.

We MUST get rid of the Patriot Act, and return this country to the laws and courts of 1960. That includes erasing the Civil Rights laws. It will be highly unpopular and opposed by blacks, immigrants and those of the pervert class(sodomites/trans/marriage equality). Until it is done NOBODY is free.
