I’m sorry you experienced that. I heard about people having to do that or being required to show proof of vaccination to attend family members’ (family members!) Thanksgiving gatherings. That’s horrible.
You nailed it. I didn’t even bother to make the trip for the past 2 years after 40 plus years of doing so. I won’t be making the trip in the future either. Although I do miss my 90 year old mother in law.
