This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Small arms, ATGMs, MANPADS, loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles, trailers and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it is not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available

••••Energy Infrastructure Attacks:
There are a few important thing: Ukrainian energy infrastructure was attacked again today, and there were a lot of successful hits which, unfortunately, Ukraine propaganda internally spins as, ‘we shot down 80% of the rockets’, but 20% is enough to take out Ukrainian infrastructure. What happened today Russia focused on attacking transformers near hydropower stations.

Follows list of stations, descriptions and locations.

Today for example, in Kiev about 80% of the city does not have water supply anymore, so its slowly turning into a civilian catastrophe, because what most people realize that cities are big traps in the war. They are to be avoided at all costs, even middle size, that the villages are the safest places during the war, where you can survive, and unfortunately, there’s still a lot of people in Kiev with who returned April, May, June when Ukrainian propaganda was trumpeting, ‘we won and everything is wonderful and great’ - a lot of people return from Europe, and now they’re finding themselves in an extremely difficult situation, because now they don’t have electricity or water - that also means there won’t be any heat in the winter which is already there.

This damage to electricity system was so severe that even mobile towers cell phone towers, a distributed signal, were out in some places, and I would say many places were out. That happened because they they do have power generators next to them, but at the same time, they consume quite a bit of power. There power generators ran out of their small amount of diesel fuel that they have, and because their the electricity was absent for so long, so they also shut down.

The Ukrainian civilian infrastructure is really on the verge of collapse, and another hit like this or at most two, and its going to be taken out. This means there will be a lot of refugees in Europe again, because you cannot survive unless you are in the village, and even there, you need to be prepared not just a house, but have a stove a wood stove so you could cook. Many people used to modern times, they didn’t bother to have those stoves, and now its a little bit too late to install.

There could be quite a bit of problems very, very soon and Ukrainian government is not helpful. One thing they did that was about a week ago that was correct, they made an announcement to people who are staying outside of Ukraine not to come back for the winter, which was one thing that they did right.

••Winter:
Moscow has already snowed - yesterday or the day before yesterday so 30th or 29th. What this typically means is when that happens in Moscow, it comes to Ukraine in about 2-4 days, unless some drastic changes. The winter is extremely early this year, and cold weather is also extremely early this year in Ukraine.

That will create another challenge, if this whole infrastructure collapses pretty quickly. This is going to be potentially big civilian catastrophe in Ukraine. For Russia the logic is to create extremely unbearable condition for Ukrainian civilian population that forces the population to tell the government, ‘we want to stop this war, let’s accept peace on whatever terms, let’s accept capiitulation’.

That’s the plan that Russia is pursuing, because it clearly cannot win military-wise on the battlefield, so then they are waging war by a different means, by economic means, and by war on civilian population, on infrastructure - to be fair that’s pretty effective way of waging the war.

••Grain:
Th grain deal that collapsed. What happens is that ships that were stuck in Odessa ports and nearby ports, they probably will be allowed to to leave - up to 200 vessels, however the new vessels are not allowed by Russia, and the way they do it is, they say, ‘we don’t provide any security its very insecure, you’re doing it at your own risk, and we don’t want you to come there’.

At the same time, Turkey wants the deal and Ukraine wants it too, because Turkey is actually profiting mightily - it buys Ukrainian grain turns it into flour and sells the flour or exports the flour around the world.

Turkey picks up more value added from all of this, so they have incentive for the sink to continue so they said, ‘we’re gonna continue Turkey and Ukraine, but Russia issued warning. Immediately all of the vessels lost their insurance, in order for the maritime trade to happen, all of the vessels need to be insured, because vessel owners will not go to places that where they not insured; London-based maritime insurer, Lloyd’s immediately stopped insuring vessels that go to Ukraine. That blocks and stops any trade grain trade.

Russia doesn’t even need to do much, just create a threat that stops the insuring - which totally understandable; I’m not blaming Lloyd’s, they they want to make profit, and they don’t want to lose money, and that’s totally understandable and its a normal reaction. Russia knows this & that’s what I’m trying to explain: they understand all of these chain reactions that could happen, and they press correct buttons to create those chain reactions.

No new ships probably will be coming there to Odessa maybe there will be some risk taking vessel owners, but that’s not gonna work, because the rate that the vessel owners will charge is going to be huge, astronomical. They will pocket all of the profit, but then the trade becomes unprofitable for Ukraine.

What’s going on with this trade so its blocked and, what my thinking of why Russia does it: in this grain deal, Russia didn’t get a really good deal; it didn’t work for them, and exactly for that reason, they they cannot get maritime insurance for the vessels that go to Russia, then they need to use gray vessels that want to do risky stuff, but it costs a lot, and it also it eats up all of the Russian producer and traders profits, grain trade profits - it becomes unprofitable: all of the value added is being extracted and capped by the risky vessel owners, and so it doesn’t make sense for Russia.

It looks like Russia wants to renegotiate this deal that’s one logic here, the other is to create extreme pressure on Ukraine, on Ukrainian population & business by cutting off all possible flows of income to Ukraine. They cut off ability to export electricity, and now they cut off ability to export grain from Ukraine, because the rest of the economy is totally destroyed and there’s nothing.

This creates a the negative effect that will be probably be felt in a month or two months, as well, literally everybody is going to be unemployed everyone who is working in something or not everybody, but that’s probably exaggeration, but this will be a huge unemployment - I don’t know let’s say 50%-60% its unclear, but at the same time, people have no income, no nothing, and there is no help, no support from the government; its going to be very difficult social situation in probably a month or two as a result of this. Russia is fully aware where they actually actively trying to create that difficult situation inside of Ukraine.

••Russian Exports of Crude Oil:
Russia is still producing about 10.7 million barrels per day - the same number as at the beginning of the war in March. Russia managed to keep the production; it didn’t go down, despite the sanctions, and part of the reason is because some of the international oil field services companies are staying in Russia, and working there.

Russia was able to maintain the production, however there is potential problem looming on the horizon for Russian crude oil exports, and the problem is Europe’s stops buying Russian crude on December 5th. That’s a large amount, it remains to be seen if China and India want to pick up that that amount, if they still need it. Russia is also facing difficult times on its own, but its not comparable to what’s going on in Ukraine: Ukraine is totally getting devastated.

••North Luhansk’:
Things here are also more or less the same: unsuccessful attempts by Ukrainian troops to attack, which attacks will go nowhere. Russian defenses are strong enough, and the balance of power is such that Ukrainian troops, without getting some additional technical advantage or skill advantage, will not be able to overcome Russian defenses, and the situation will play out in Russian favor, with with passage of time, just because more and more Russian troops are coming here.

The defensive line will be stronger and stronger and stronger, no success here, in many ways its a futile attempt at this point; Ukrainian Command needs to change strategy and think how to increase skill set, as opposed to just using brute force attacks.

••Central Donbas:
There is a problem starting to develop for Ukrainian defensive line on northern side of the salient where Russian troops are advancing, and it creates a problem with the coherence of Ukrainian defensive positions. There is no progress for the Russian side, and then Russian troops managed to overcome Ukrainian defenses in Pavlivka, and Pavlivka is split into halves: northern half under Ukrainian control, in southern under Russian control.

Russian sources admit that this attack leads to nowhere because Pavlivka is located in a depression, low ground, and then Vugladar is high up & you can see very far and correct the artillery fire without the need of UAVs. Ukrainian systems still doesn’t have a UAVs similar to Orlan-10: its still shooting in the darkness, in many cases. This means, even if Russian troops do capture completely Pavlivka because they will be just a perfect target for artillery fire.

The goal of this attack is unclear, because Vugladar has pretty well entrenched defensive positions, the chances of taking it over are not that great, unless Russia has really large number of accumulated troops.

•• Kherson Bridgehead:
Things here are also stabilized: Russian troops are getting reinforcements, the number of boots on the ground increases, that creates stable defensive positions. Ukrainian side still targeting those pontoon bridges and ferries; it creates problems with the supply, but the problems are not severe enough for Russian defensive lines to start collapsing.
