Serious national security cases? Like indicting Mrs. Bill Clinton for giving the Russians/Chinese/Iranians... all of those Secret and Top-Secret documents? Probably not.

They are going to claim Russian influence to support the Republicans.

Remember back in the good old days when we seldom heard from anyone in the gooberment? Back in the day before it got so big that it invades our lives every single day with some kind of crap?

It would be nice if things went back to that time when gooberment was like children are also supposed to be, seen but not heard from.

The federal government does not have constitutional authority to regulate commerce within a State, regulate things which only affect commerce but which are not commerce, have programs like Social Security or Medicare, or indeed most of what it currently does.

The Constitution does not matter one jot to the scum in DC.

Need a revolution for that to happen.

And Americans today are still believing they have a chance through the ballot box which is hacked against them.

Most Americans today don’t know Marxist history.

History of Marxism reveals there is no extreme too far to grab and retain power.

In the Marxist playbook, it is written to expect a counterrevolution after seizing power and to execute a brutal put down of counter-revolutionaries.

The Midterm election is the expected counterrevolution.

Donald Trump and MAGA Americans are the marked counter-revolutionaries.

Obama was the Marxist installed to start the Marxist takeover but he first had to start the infiltration of the bureaucracies and institutions. That took years.

Obama’s FUNDAMENTAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE UNITED STATES was an 8-year seeding of the federal workforce with leftist ideologues.

The way this ends is Marxism via “China Model” imposed on American Citizens.

Martial Law, Lockdowns, Vaccine Passports, Central Bank Digital Currency.

The only chance of stopping the Marxist takeover IN THE SHORT-TERM is laid out in 3 venues:

1. Dan Schultz’s Precinct Strategy
2. Melody Jennings Clean Elections USA
3. Sheriffs deputizing MAGA citizens.

The so-called live hearing is a propaganda exercise about how Garland-Wray are oh-so cracking down on PRC pukes.

No Merrick, it doesn’t fly. Americans are on to you.

You had every opportunity to come out with your crap report earlier, but you chose now to create a BS narrative of how you are all so Anti-CCP.

This is the same formula your pals in the Fake News are deploying when it comes to criminal Venezuelans entering the US by the tens of thousands and more.

https://offgridsurvival.com/invasion-alert-venezuela-emptying-prisons-sending-dangerous-criminals-to-u-s-border

Fake News is synchronized to spread propaganda that OBiden is turning back the Marxist Venezuelans at the border.

Yeah, right.

And now we need to be insulted by Garland-Wray that they are so on top of cracking down on their CCP allies.

It’s called a throw in the CIA goon community, as in throw Americans off the real track of what’s happening behind the scenes.

Only it isn’t working anymore.

The thing is, they have to do both or it will backfire, and they know it.

If they just arrest President Trump, but let the elections proceed normally, that would only increase the size of the red wave on Nov 8th.

I think they will argue that fair midterm elections are impossible given the “misinformation” President Trump has already spread.

Arresting Trump is a good start they will say - but the only real way to truly restore faith in elections is to postpone the midterm elections pending a program to re-educate 2020 “election deniers”, to restore faith in elections.

MAGA supporters have been brainwashed vote for MAGA candidates based on Trump’s misinformation, and as such, they pose a threat to Democracy. They must not be allowed to vote until they have been re-educated.

Possibly, if we are outspoken about our MAGA position, we will be rounded up and put in re-education camps.

Paranoid?

Perhaps, but it has happened often enough elsewhere in the world.

Oh get over yourself.

Stealing the 2020 election was unconstitutional, and they stole it anyway.

So what’s your point?

Go ahead and miss the point dumb-ass. You seem to be very good at it.

I carry a copy of the Declaration, the Constitution, and all the amendments, which I refer to almost every day, and I have read in it’s entirety hundreds of times.

The point (if you can grasp it) is that just because something is unconstitutional does not mean it won’t happen.

Speaking of missing the point!
You’re doing a very good job at it.

I am glad you carry those copies around I do too, also have the up in view in my office. I read them and continue to re-read and refer to them particularly when involved in political discussions.

You’re taking my original comment remarkably personal for one who claims to be a “student” of the Constitution. The original post wasn’t aimed at you, I was supporting the person who posted the Constitutional reference. You’re the one who jumped in with “ad hominem” attacks. I responded to you in kind which I admit I shouldn’t have done. I apologize for that.

If you can’t be civil don’t bother talking to me!

You’re missing the point again.

You’re “support” of that poster (“Finally! Someone who has read the Constitution!”) was nothing but a slight to everyone else on the thread - who you assumed haven’t read the Constitution.

But you were wrong - the fact that it would be unconstitutional for the DOJ to suspend the elections is not lost on anyone here. We all know that.

That doesn’t mean it won’t happen. This illegitimate regime has done all sorts of things that are unconstitutional. In fact, they are running the executive branch right now as a result of an unconstitutional election.

I hope you are all caught up now, because that’s my last attempt.

To underline your point, after even Granny Boxwine said that forgiving student loan debt isn’t within the power of the WH to do, Brandon did it anyway.

This admin routinely breaks the law and then challenges the Deep State R’s to do something about it, which they never do.

I’m sorry you feel slighted. I didn’t realize you are so easily triggered.

I don’t think all know that it’s unconstitutional for the DOJ to suspend the midterms. Too many people think we are having a ‘national midterm election’ this November. The media treats it that way because it’s easy to do and to do so encourages lazy thinking. Which the MSM loves to cultivate! We are not having ‘one big election’; we are having 50 state elections! The DOJ could squawk all they want about it, and nothing would change. No one is stupid enough to think it would. Now that I’ve read your last sentence, I see there are exceptions!

Wow! You missed the point a fifth time but this time you missed your OWN point.

The reason it’s unconstitutional for Biden’s DOJ to suspend midterms has nothing to do with Federal vs. State authority.

It has to do with the States’ Executive Branch vs. the States’ Legislative Branch. The Constitution gives authority over elections to the states’ Legislatures, not the states’ Executive branches.

So, if Merrick Garland were to instruct Democrat governors and AGs (Executive Branch) to suspend midterm elections in their states, it would be unconstitutional for them to comply without the consent of their Legislatures.

However (for the sixth time!), the point is that just because it’s unconstitutional does not mean they won’t do it.

Hi.

These are rough nimbers...

On July 4, 1776 about 33% of the colonists wanted to remain with Great Britain. About 33% of the colonists didn’t care.

33% undertook a revolution that changed the world.

Methinks it won’t be CWII, but the second American revolution.
