Her honesty may result in a reversal on appeal.

It’s an expression of emotional bias.

It also honestly make women judges look bad. Just my take but it suggests that women are too timid to facedown murdering bastards and it’s a man’s job to do so.

Know that’s not PC to say but she should have thought her words through more.

But I’m in the medical field. So what do I know?

Interesting.

I’ve been watching the trial off and on. The killer is SO obnoxious and disorderly. The judge is VERY patient and gives him a lot of leeway. Many think that is so he can’t call for a mistrial.

I was surprised to hear that clip where she said “And frankly - it makes me scared.” She has never shown any fear or lost her composure as she answers him and he rants on and on and on.
