A couple in their 80’s and close friends are about to adopt the Covid Rule in their wills. They both were divorced before meeting and marrying each other.
In a sense, they are dealing with 3 families.
A mutual friend of this couple and us, had the same family situation facing him, and he died 2 months ago. He and his current wife redid their wills before he died.
Any family member, who treated them like trash because of Covid got/gets a dollar in the new wills.
Their loss. Maybe someday they will realize what fools they’ve been.
I will be grateful for the rest of my days that several people I knew showed their true Pfascist and ignorant selves. They made it so much easier to cut them off. Life's too short to waste time with mentally defective people.
It opened my eyes and I've changed my philosophy. Instead of wasting time and effort getting to know someone, I lean right in with all the harsh bitter truths. I want to know in the beginning of the very first meeting whether or not they're mentally deficient. Decades of television has made people into actors. I want to get to the core right up front.
The results have been spectacular; I immediately find out they're great people or they foam at the mouth and show me they're incapable of logic and reason. I wish I learned this years ago.
How do they know? Just lie to them. Tyrants do not deserve your honesty.
