Exactly. The LSAT is designed to measure if you can think the way you need to in order to succeed in Law School. Appears that the left wants students to only memorize the law and not to be able to analyze and synthesize what the law is in specific circumstances...guess what? that is a recipe for disaster. There is no legitimate reason to change things just for the sake of change itself. If it works, don’t fix it. Ahh but the left knows it all, and if you don’t follow them in lockstep, they consider you an idiot. Its nothing but a bunch of old immature teenagers populating that whacked out political ideology nowadays.

All three government branches and all its personnel must serve the People only. One cannot have two masters. One cannot cannot have a spouse and a whore and expect to receive credit as a good spouse. the purpose of LSAT is to determine who GETS INTO law school
The LSAT was/is intended to weed out those without sufficient intellect, logic and common sense. If they dump the LSAT, they will then have to lower academic standards to retain the lower level students that get admitted, due to no LSAT, or there will be allegations of racism in academic standards. So, law schools will graduate students that are not qualified to practice law. Then, the Bar Exam will be labelled racist because fewer and fewer will pass because law schools will be graduating less qualified students. Then more bad lawyers will be admitted. Then they will go after lawyer disciplinary actions and call them racist because bar associations will be disbarring these less qualified and capable lawyers. There will be no end.
Once eliminating the LSAT allows tens of thousands of unqualified Affirmative Action students into law school, does anyone really think that law schools will flunk out those unqualified AA students?
Once the tidal wave of unqualified AA law school grads start flunking the Bar in massive numbers, does anyone think the Bar Exam will continue to stand (at least in its present form)?
The question **not** answered:
Is there direct or inverse correlation between the LSAT score and the graduate’s success on passing the Bar Exam?
The Brits have barristers and solicitors.
We Americans just have lawyers. Or attorneys (legally admitted to the practice) if you prefer.
