TRUTH is an ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against Slander.
You cannot be charged with slandering someone if what you say about them is actually true.
I hope their supreme court is smart enough and NOT ‘woke’ enough to remember that.

In the US it may be. Not in Europe. The prosecution only has to show that the speech promoted hate against protected groups.
