He's back.
Just in time for another election. I wrote about him over a year ago. He's the weasel who, along with the FBI, changed the outcome of the 2020 election by suppressing the case against Hunter Biden.
David Weiss is the US Attorney for the state of Delaware. This is what Politico had to say about him
Last summer, federal officials in Delaware investigating Hunter Biden faced a dilemma. The probe had reached a point where prosecutors could have sought search warrants and issued a flurry of grand jury subpoenas. Some officials involved in the case wanted to do just that. Others urged caution. They advised Delaware’s U.S. Attorney, David Weiss, to avoid taking any actions that could alert the public to the existence of the case in the middle of a presidential election.Got that? Two years ago they could have SWATted Hunter Biden for tax evasion, money laundering, making a false statement on an application for a gun permit and reckless disposal of said weapon, but alas, no.“To his credit, he listened,” said a person involved in the discussions, reported here for the first time. Weiss decided to wait, averting the possibility that the investigation would become a months-long campaign issue.
Two years. Two effing years they've had to act. Now suddenly, at the eve of another election, this case is again breathing life.
But why? Why now?
Being the cynic I am, I believe we're simply being made aware that Weiss is really, really serious about the case (to placate the right) but will once again "wait" because it might affect the election. That will give Weiss another two years to smother it if he chooses.
This case is rife with conflict of interest. Hunter Biden hired defense attorney Chris Clark. Nothing the Biden's do is without a self-interested motivation and this was no different.
Clark was hired by Hunter Biden in December of 2020. One month later, on Joe Biden's inauguration day, Biden appointed Nicolas McQuaid to be acting head of the Justice Department’s criminal division.
And here's why

Looks like a guy that needs to be helped into the front of a city bus.
I agree—something will just “Happen” to Hunter when he is no longer useful. Sounds like our government is ran by inept mobsters. The Mafia would run it better.
It was Deja Vu all over again, last time.
Seems that their “election rule” only applies when it’s a Dem. and applies to people who aren’t even on the ballot.
The corrupt federal law enforcement system will pretend to bring hunter to justice, and then declare that no reasonable prosecutor would throw a sorry loser like that in jail.
So there will be headlines: “Hunter biden arrested”. Then the articles will start, assuring the public that hunter really didn’t do anything wrong and that he is not as bad a crook as Trump”.
fixed it
We are brothers.
Thanks for posting this.
Remember Joe boasted not one crime or indictment was on Hunter’s record. Didn’t say he was innocent.

Note this Rolling Stone coverage of the debate between Joe and President Trump:
Biden could have sidestepped Trump’s insult to his son Hunter. Instead, he looked directly at the camera and said: “My son, like a lot of people, like lot of people you know at home, had a drug problem. He’s fixed it, he’s worked on it. And I’m proud of him. I’m proud of my son.”
Hunter Biden struggled with addiction to alcohol and cocaine for much of his adult life. He eventually achieved long stints if sobriety with the help of Twelve-Step Programs and with treatment using the psychedelic plant extract Ibogaine. Joe Biden’s up-close-and-personal experience with substance abuse disorder could indicate the potential for great changes in our country’s approach to this issue. Hunter’s experience with Ibogaine treatment could inspire more study for the potentially game-changing substance, which is currently illegal.
The above shows why there should be no wonder why he is back on drugs again. Sorry, you can't treat a drug problem with more drugs. Its idiotic.
