The Roberts court tends to avoid these if the case hasn’t matured or if all the boxes haven’t been checked by lower courts.
The DOJ has a list of seized documents and can get copies from the agencies that created them.
I’d be willing to bet the anti-Trump Roberts won’t let the Court take it.
