Every time I see one of these stories showing an “underprivileged” woman bearing up under the alleged crimes of DeSantis, I’m going to add the keyword “Maria.”

Another huge lie/disinformation story recently was the one about Attorney General Ken Paxton and the process server Ernesto Martin Herrera trying to serve him. Once the server had identified Paxton, all he had to do was drop the papers on the ground near him and he would have been served. It didn't matter whether he was running into his garage or coming out of it. Also, Paxton saying an "unidentified" man accosted him and his wife. ALL servers identify themselves as such upon serving a paper. Required. So, both side are not clean in this matter.

The Herrera obviously had an agenda to then go to the media with a distorted story about what happened and should be sued for libel. To have revealed private information about serving an individual a Subpoena is against Texas law. He should also be prosecuted and lose his certification for that. Why in the world governments will NOT enforce the law depending upon who breaks the law blows my mind.
