But the investigating team must be more than simply from a different region, it must be comprised of several nations representing at least three or four sides of the present world alignment meaning, the United States, Russia, Ukraine, Bric, Russia-China and perhaps India.
Such an assortment of countries as observers is indispensable. We must remember that the idea from the American point of view is to prove innocence in the face of incriminating motive, means an opportunity. If, on the other hand, the Americans are guilty, their role will be to monopolize, obfuscate, delay and discredit any real investigation. Much will be revealed (but not proved) by America's reaction concerning the investigation.
The risk at worst is nuclear war or merely the breakup of NATO and even the Western alliance in the event that the accusation against America sticks. American and European support for Ukraine is also clearly at stake.
Proof of Russian guilt would be equally a game changer.. Not incidentally, all of these factors lining up suggesting guilt by the United States provides motive for Russian committing a false flag operation. This game cuts both ways to some degree.
