That is why they (and NYC) won’t be busing their immigrants anywhere else; they need them to keep the schools open/lights on.
That may be due to the general decline in the number of children.
I just looked at the demographics out of curiosity. Whites are 11% of enrollment, but surprised its even that high. Hispanics are now 47% and Blacks are 36%.
