Baloney! What kind of “market” results in a 52 cent per gallon difference between two stations across the street from each other?
They may not be gouging because of the hurricane but they sure as hell have been gouging us for a long time.
Either the cost of the last shipment or the cost of the next, causes such swings.
They will be again close in a day or two.

There’s a corner near Houston airport with the same thing. The one on the side of the street right before the rental car return is always 40-50 cents higher than the one on the other side of the street.
Which one do you think has the longest lines? The higher priced one. It’s been that way for as long as I can remember.
