The Biden Admin seems to have maneuvered Russia into the Ukraine adventure and seems to be doing everything possible to prolong the conflict so it is no big stretch assume they did the next logical move to take down Russia and sabotaged the pipelines.
Big problem with your conspiracy theory is that Europe is already topped up with gas and ready for the winter, plus the new Norwegian pipeline. I have not even seen any movement in the market because of the alleged sabotage.
Russia and the Ukes were on the verge of a negotiated settlement in early April before the effort was subverted by DC and NATO. This CF has zero to do with freedom for the Ukrainian people.
