Watched the video & it looks like the guy that was shot checked his jacket for the gun, then turned around with hands up, but then went for the gun when he was behind the parked car. Not much time to make a decision under the circumstances. Some say the perp was trying to toss the gun, which probably indicates he’s a prohibited person, if true.
Federal agency may ban use of traditional ammo and tackle
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is in settlement negotiations with activist organizations over a lawsuit regarding the use of traditional ammunition and lead on more than 3 million acres of federal land, according to a group of Republican U.S. Senators.
