Out of curiosity I looked it up. Britain has four ballistic missile submarines. That’s three more than would be needed to destroy all of Russia’s major cities. Putin must know this. And more importantly, Russian generals must know this.

I don’t remember Reagan starting a hot war in on Russia’s border, and then sending Ukraine front-line weapons there.
