Be careful with this argument. It could be twisted and used against you.
For instance:
Since you or your baby were made with a cleft lip or other deformity, how can you legitimately fix that?
Since you were made with a tendency toward mental illness, how can you legitimately fix that?
If you can fix the one, why can’t you “fix” the other?
That’s the kind of argument that would be used against us.
If birth defects can be fixed by modern medicine, that’s great. Being male or female is not a defect.
